Orchestra Miami New Year’s Eve “Ode-to-Joy” Beachfront Concert – Orchestra Miami presents the ultimate New Year’s Eve Celebration – an unforgettable, family-friendly, free beachfront concert of Beethoven’s Symphony N. 9, performed by Orchestra Miami. Artistic Director Elaine Rinaldi leads an all-star line-up of soloists, including Elaine Alvarez, soprano, Marianne Cornetti, mezzo-soprano, Russell Thomas, tenor & Kevin Short, bass. Bring the whole family to this free, outdoor event. Festivities begin at 7 PM and the fun continues to midnight ending with a spectacular fireworks display! The event takes place on the beach, east of Collins Avenue between 21st and 22nd streets – bring a blanket or a beach chair. The concert is free and open to all, with donations gratefully accepted. VIP tickets, which include a premium reserved seat, bar access during the concert, light bites, parking, and an after-party will be available for purchase on December 1st.
