Miami  Beach OnStage! presents live performances and three site-specific temporary art installations in nine of our beautiful parks and other locations throughout the city. These culturally diverse performances will include music, dance, theater and temporary art installations.

    Singer/songwriter and multi-instrumentalist FABI’s music carries a wide blend of world rhythms, along with a powerful and original sound. Grupo Barrio Abajo, celebrates the musical heritage of Carnival and the entire Colombian Caribbean such as cumbia, bullerengue, porro, and chandé.

    Miami Beach and the Global Arts Project present Dante Vargas and the Cat Band. Latin Grammy-winning trumpeter Dante Vargas is world-renowned for his fresh and thrilling modern mixes of Latin mambo with boogaloo, salsa, and bachata beats to create a one-of-a-kind Latin music experience.

    Miami Beach and Community Arts and Culture present Cortadito and DJ Asho. Cortadito performs traditional Cuban music of the early 20th century. From Montuno, Guaracha, Boleros, Nengon, and Bolero Son, this dynamic ensemble brings the listener back to a time when Trio Matamoros, or Ignacio Piniero ruled the Cuban music world.

    Miami Beach and Community Arts and Culture present Elastic Bond, Venezonix and DJ Kumi. Elastic Bond infuses an uplifting sound self-described as a psychedelic tropical soul. Venezonix’s Afro-Venezuelan rhythm sounds are brought to life with Venezuelan instruments with futuristic beats. DJ Kumi, one of Miami’s most eclectic turntable masters, will spin a selection of Latin music.
