@OoliteArts is bringing back #TheBlock, a short documentary contest that focuses on telling the stories
of Miami’s neighborhoods.

With a total of up to $32,000, five Miami-Dade County residents will be selected to pitch their concepts in front of a jury and a live studio audience for a chance to win funding for their documentary projects. The top three chosen will receive help making their film from the University of Miami School of
Communication.
