MDPL Presents its Spring 2019 Speaker Series:

“Great Streets of the Art Deco District”

40 years after the Art Deco District was listed on the National Register of Historic Places, we’re highlighting the great streets of the district that have helped it to become an internationally known arts, culture, tourism, and heritage capital.

Join MDPL on Collins Avenue for an evening of reminiscing about its past, present, and future.

Speakers include:

Allan Shulman, Principal at Shulman + Associates
George Neary, Culture & Tourism
Moderator: Jeff Donnelly, Public Historian

This is Part 1 of the Collins Ave Talk + Walk. The Walk will take place on Saturday, April 13th at 10am, starting at the Art Deco Welcome Center and lasting approximately 1 hour.

Tickets are free but space is limited and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note, we cannot guarantee seating.
