MTT and Beethoven’s Eroica
MTT returns to the New World Center podium for Ludwig van Beethoven’s Third Symphony, a triumphant homage to heroism. Hailed as “the greatest single step made in the history of music” by historians, the piece marked Beethoven’s emergence as an original master.
