HIT Week, the annual showcase of the freshest Italian music, returns to Miami with a double bill by Cosmo and Diodato, both major pop stars in Italy – bringing a blast of Eurovision energy to US audiences. Rounding out the showcase will be other emerging artists and special guests.

Singer-songwriter Diodato, at his third successful participation in the annual San Remo contest, won the prestigious championship in 2020 with his hit “FAI RUMORE.” He has returned to Italy after several years working in Stockholm Sweden, at the heart of Europe’s pop music scene. “Best Italian Artist,” at MTV Europe Music Awards, film and TV roles, a spot in the 2022 Eurovision competition – the young singer has become one of Italy’s most popular new artists. With this tour, the singer-songwriter will make his US debut.

Music-maker Cosmo is an alien, an unidentified flying object landing on Planet ItaloPop. His synth-fueld songs and videos have generated millions of plays, his live shows are always packed to capacity, and his collaborations feature the coolest names in Italian music. Yet his music is still firmly rooted in the underground Italian scene, and in a continuous clash of influences. His is the sound of Italy’s glorious club culture right now, at its most creative and flamboyant. This tour marks his US debut, as well.

HIT WEEK 2022 is produced by Rhythm Foundation and Music Experience Productions (Mela Inc), with the support of Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, ICE Italian Trade Agency and FIMI (Federation of the Italian Music Industry).
