Join us for a celebration of the Autumn Equinox – release and make internal room for new ideas and dreams to emerge. Our resident yoga teacher, Franci, will guide yogic breathwork that helps us remove stagnation and create deeper rhythmic balance with our nervous system, allowing for more fertile grounds for moments of clarity and inspiration. You will have the perfect setting to let go of what is no longer serving you and be bathed in the nourishing energy of the garden.We will practice inside the Banyan ballroom. Class begins at 10am. Yogic breathwork for 20 minutes followed by a 30 minute Sound Bath Journey Savasana Meditation, ending at 11:30am. Bring a journal to write down any insights that came up during the practice while enjoying a complimentary cup of tea. There are a few mats available if needed. Please bring any pillows/bolsters/blankets/eye pillows that would allow for a more restorative experience and make it comfortable for you to lie down for 45 minutes. 

On the equinox, the length of day and night are in balance, and is an opportunity for us to look at how we can begin to embrace the interplay of darkness and light in order to create resonance with our deeper internal spaces as well as the world around us. Listening to a harmonic set of crystal sound bowls and instruments allows for a deeper sense of joy and wellness because they are so soothing to hear and their soundwaves, send deeper signals of calm to the body.
