Overtime at The Bass: Play, Lay Aye: Act II

About: Overtime at The Bass presents a reorientation of GeoVanna Gonzalez’s installation, PLAY, LAY, AYE, a modular sculpture examining the way public art can be used to create spaces that are more inclusive and queer. For this iteration, the installation is laid out as a platform to navigate movement. Vogue performances from the House of Ninja will hone in on how dance is a simulacrum for freedom and will be followed by a DJ set from Pam Jones.
