Join MBUS at The Jewish Museum of Florida for their Vivid Viola Concert. Presenting Amernet and South Carolina Friends, praised for their “intelligence” and “immensely satisfying” playing by the New York Times, the Amernet String Quartet has garnered recognition as one of today’s exceptional string quartets and are Ensemble-in-Residence at Florida International University in Miami. Please join The FIU Jewish Museum for a conversation with Ira Giller and his daughter Sarah Giller Nelson on Thursday, September 15th at 7:00pm. Ira and Sarah will discuss the life and work of Norman M. Giller, one of the founders of Miami Modern (MiMo), a regionalized style of Modernist architecture. This program is presented in conjunction with the current exhibition, Giller on Giller: An Adventure in Architecture, currently on view at JMOF-FIU. Ice cream reception to follow presentation.

FIU Jewish Museum presents History Harvest
The Jewish Museum of Florida-FIU and the Wolfsonian Public Humanities Lab will present History Harvest: Remembering Our Past to Shape Our Future, scheduled to take place at JMOF-FIU on Sunday, October 23, 2022.
