The Festival is once again celebrating America’s culinary fascination with fried chicken! We’ve carefully curated more than a dozen chefs, led by Chef Andrew Carmellini from The Dutch, to serve up their best birds – paired with refreshing bubbly – at the W South Beach. This fan-favorite walk-around tasting will once again feature a star-studded group of chefs showcasing both classic recipes and unique twists on mouth-watering combinations of crispy, juicy goodness. Sharpened side dishes along with precisely paired champagnes will fulfill this night of sizzle.
