Nano Stern’s Indie-Folk-Rock-Jazz sound bridges Chilean tradition with fresh, global relevance. A social activist and timely poet, he agilely traverses a range of instruments, layering indigenous, African and European elements into a sound all his own. His humble virtuosity brings audiences to tears, to reverie and to their feet. His particular love for the natural world and concern for issues of ecology has included him in this year’s Climakaze celebration.
