A Passion for Art: The Golden Rainbow Art Class

When: Every Tuesday – Sunday, 9am – 5pm, from June 20-30.

About: The talented students of Miami Beach Adult and Community Education Center present “A Passion for Art”. The exhibition consists mostly of pencil on paper drawings done from observation. Miami Dade County Public Schools provides older adults art classes to enhance their lives and enable them share knowledge and wisdom. The program responds to the need to maintain the highest possible level of cognitive ability, to halt intellectual decline, and enhance the student creative abilities. The Arts and Crafts Class was provided tools and funding to purchase more materials needed to produce marvelous art pieces and showcase them.
